Our stores in England are open with several measures in place to keep our customers and colleagues safe:
- Hand sanitiser and cleaning stations will be available to you in our stores and Pausa cafes
- We have reintroduced screens at the tills and table dividers in Pausa
As of Thursday 27th January 2022, face masks and visors are no longer are a requirement in our English stores.
You can pop into any of our stores to browse and shop, or use our Click & Collect and home delivery options if that feels more comfortable for you.

Our stores in Northern Ireland are open with several measures in place to keep our customers and colleagues safe:
- We ask that you wear a face mask or a visor when visiting us
- Hand sanitiser and cleaning stations will be available to you in our stores and Pausa cafes
- We have reintroduced social distancing in-store, along with till screens and table dividers in Pausa
- There will be a colleague on hand to meet you at the front of our stores to support
- We will be reintroducing a limit on the number of customers in our stores at any one time
You can pop into any of our stores to browse and shop, or use our Click & Collect and home delivery options if that feels more comfortable for you.
Contact-free home delivery is still available across the UK (and saves you from having to carry anything, which is always a bonus).
Our Click & Collect service is in-store only, however, hand sanitiser and cleaning stations are provided, our tills have protective screens installed, and we ask everyone to keep their masks on in line with Government guidance.
For the safety of our customers and colleagues, we ask that you please wear a face mask or visor when heading to store. This is now mandatory in stores across the UK.
Our Click & Collect service is currently in-store only across all of our shops in the UK.
Yes they are, and many branches are offering a great menu at the moment! Each Pausa is following the current safety advice for their regions, so please check the local guidance if you are unsure.
Home delivery orders for all regions across the UK are unaffected by the latest announcements so if you are looking to place an order or have already done so, you can rest assured that we're working hard to bring your delivery to you, contact-free, as quickly as possible.
We are offering our ‘room of choice’ delivery option for Furniture. This means that if you would like them to, our 2 person teams will be able to bring furniture delivery items inside your home and to any room. We’ll call you in advance to ask where you’d like your delivery, so you’ll have the option of having your order taken to a specific room or we can make a contact-free delivery to your doorstep and take a verbal confirmation instead of a signature.
We are still following Government guidelines, so if you are self-isolating, or you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, we will not be able to offer room of choice delivery. Instead we’ll make a contact-free delivery to your doorstep.
Our amazing Facebook community groups is the place to be for the latest information on your local store. As well as the latest news, our colleagues can help with any questions you may have.
Gift cards are available to purchase from stores across the UK.
Please note, our gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases made at the tills once your local stores has reopened in line with Government advice, and only for items that can be taken home that day. This means they cannot be used for in-store purchases made on tablets with the help of our colleagues, as this is an online transaction.
We hope you’re happy with your Dunelm purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items.
We've extended our returns policy for Christmas. Anything purchased between the 1st November - 24th December 2021 can be returned until 31st January 2022. Proof of purchase is required, exclusions apply, please click here for full details.
Click & Collect FAQs
Our Click & Collect service is in-store only across stores in the UK.
For most of our stores your order will be ready in as little as 3 hours, however some out of area locations can take up to 5 days. If everything you're looking for is available locally, it could take just a few hours! Either way, we'll be able to give you a more accurate estimate on our product pages and the basket page.
You should receive your ready to collect email within 3 hours of placing your order. We are currently experiencing a high volume of click & collect orders, so please wait for your collection email before heading to store.
Yes, absolutely. If someone else is collecting your order, forward the ready to collect email or text to them and they’ll be able to use the barcode to collect the order. To keep your order safe, we won’t let anyone collect your order unless they have your ready to collect confirmation.
Please check your junk folder as sometimes emails can end up in there by mistake. If you still can’t see it, please ensure you bring some photo ID that matches the payment name on the order, and you’ll be able to collect your items with either of our contact-free collection services.
Not right now, but we’re working on making this a possibility in the future. If you realise you've forgotten something, you can always place another free Click & Collect order.
If you can’t collect your order straight away, don’t worry. You have up to 7 days to pick up Click & Collect items. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days we will issue a refund.
If you find an item that doesn’t qualify for Click & Collect, it’s probably because it’s a bit big, heavy or funny shaped, or maybe it’s stored at one of our fantastic suppliers’ facilities. We’re looking into ways to bring our full range to you through Click & Collect, but for now you can rely on our Home Delivery teams to bring them right to your door.
We hope you’re happy with your Dunelm purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of purchase. We just ask that you provide your Click & Collect order confirmation as proof of purchase, and that the items are unused and in their original packaging.

If you've changed your mind and no longer wish to go ahead with the order, please allow your order to expire and your refund will be processed automatically after 7 days.
